ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

- Efficient running of the projects to include, interpretation, explanation of what company is trying to achieve;
- Prepare the strategic plan and actions for different departments to make the staff be aware of changes;
- Make the necessary changes in order for the business to be integrated and transformed;
- Run meetings as needed
- Planning and profitability's estimation
- Regular reporting and updates to Financial department and HQ

- Multi-discipline - it is very possible that candidate will be working on a number of different projects and therefore a multi-discipline experience would be very useful (Business Strategy, Processes, Finance & Reporting, HR & Comms, Restructuring projects);
- Experience with a consultancy firm, ideally international, for 2/3 years;
- Strong analytical skills
- Open-minded and easy going
- Flexible
- Mature
- Fluent Russian and English is a must
