Our client is an international bank. With main focus on car lending both for retail and corporate clients in order to increase its product portfolio efficiency, the Bank is looking to recruit a Product Manager.


ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for market analysis, product development & documenting to provide alignment of product portfolio with external (market) and internal (legal, risk, process) requirements. You will need to work closely with HQ and the Region to ensure that the local product strategy aligns to that defined from the centre. The role holder will need to work closely with internal departments to establish proper product approval and management process.

You will have to develop the strategies that ensure the optimization of key sales related processes that in turn drives the company's profitability as well as providing key areas of control within the various business lines.

Your main duties will be:
- Market & competitor analysis (pricing, commissions, USPs) to ensure effective benchmarking
- Product development and specification (retail loans).
- Development of diversified products (e.g. insurance bundles, service packages)
- Investigation into feasibility of new business lines & support in introduction.
- Project management on behalf of business lines with regard to new products implementation
- Pricing strategy
- Product performance (volume & profitability) analysis & reporting
- Set-up and management of Residual Value definition process


ИНТЕРЕСУЮЩИЙ НАС ПРОФИЛЬ

Required experience and skills:
- Degree in economics / business management preferable.
- Fluent English.
- Good knowledge of the Russian automotive financing market.
- Strong project management & process development skills.
- Entrepreneurial skills.
- The ability to drive through change and challenge current working methods.
- Either a detailed understanding of the retail finance with good knowledge of the motor industry, or vice versa.
- Min. 5 years working experience in retail finance / motor industry.
- Project management experience.
- People management experience preferable.
