Fully-owned subsidiary of AAA rating Banking group, our client offers secure and stable foundations for its activities in Russia and seeks today to recruit their Country Sales Manager


ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

Joining a small and very dynamic team, into a fast growing work environment your main responsibilities will be:
- To ensure implementation of the sales and business relationship strategy & objectives in a country for the Business Unit, compliant with HQ strategic plan and program agreements, in order to optimize local program performance and achieve sales volume, new business volume and income as set in the objectives.
- To identify systematically local market trends, portfolio developments and sales opportunities, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, in order to assure sales and program alignment with local market demands
- Being responsible for sales strategy you will have to liaise with VP Sales, VP New Business Development and VP Program Management on an integrated country sales plan; to develop sales plan, budget and targets and take preparatory measures for implementation
- To follow up on sales/fee opportunities resulting from portfolio analysis in the country
- To structure and negotiate local complex big deals, deviating from program agreement, integrating legal , fiscal and credit risk aspects
- To monitor on KPI-s and achievement of sales budget in terms of portfolio, P&L and risk costs
- You will be accountable for: cost of sales as % of portfolio / end of year portfolio / vendor/partner profitability / customer satisfaction / interest margin NBV / lease penetration rate
- In addition you will introduce new products and services to dealers, provide training and in co-operation with Program Management implement new vendor/partner agreements and set-up and sign operating and program agreements with new local partners (resellers, dealers)

ИНТЕРЕСУЮЩИЙ НАС ПРОФИЛЬ

- Relevant education to minimum equivalent of Masters - MBA level and 6 years minimum of relevant experience;
- Minimal 5 years managerial experience, of which at least 4 years in a commercial managerial role with a preference for candidates with direct profit responsibility;
- Proficiency in the vendor/partner finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets) and broad insight into management of a larger sales force.
- Customer Focus - Result orientation - Planning and organization - Discipline - Commercial orientation - Entrepreneurship and Negotiation have to be essential personal traits
- Deep and/or broad professional and managerial knowledge and experience
- Capacity to manage diversity and complexity of product and service lines
- Strong capacity to ensure hierarchical planning and management for a larger country sales force consisting of different sales functionalities
- Decisive decision maker, who can control impact on country end results
- Excellent interaction skills is critical to the role and creation of the right business climate
