Attractive opportunity in project management and process optimization within western bank. Our client - is one of leading international captive banks. Empowering its presence on the Russian market, the Bank is looking to recruit a senior professional who will be responsible for the management of of the Retail License Project in terms of scope, budget, timeline,
resources and results.



ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

Your main duties will be:
- Definition of the Target Operating Model that should be achieved with the Retail License (processes, systems, sourcing, organisation) and the finacial impacts
- Set-up of the benefit and cost structure and logic for the business case
- Definition of the necessary steps to obtain the Retail License
- Preperation of all required documents for the internal approval process (e. g. business case, project brief, management presentations)
- Development of a detailed project plan for all required activities
- Applying for the Retail License
- Preperation of all required documents for the CBR approval process (e. g. business case, application document)
- Overall Project Management activities
- Capacity and resource planning
- Scope management, identification of possible scope changes
- Establishment and maintenance of a change control process
- Set-up of project structure and procedures (e. g. regular project team meetings)
- Regular communication of project activities and achievements to all relevant stakeholders (sponsor, local management, local business units, central departments, external partners)
- Development and implementation of communication and change management activities
- Ongoing management of external vendor in terms of scope, resources, budget, timeline in alignment with purchasing and IT
- Establishment of a trustful relationship to the external vendors


ИНТЕРЕСУЮЩИЙ НАС ПРОФИЛЬ

Required experience and skills:
University degree preferably in business administration, economics, banking
Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience:
- Auditor or management consultancy with focus on banking license experience or bank
merger projects
- project management: management of medium to large strategic and / or process &
organistion focused projects
- operative experience in retail banking
Russian: native speaker
English: fluent
IT Skills: Microsoft Office, project management tools & methods, banking front- and back office systems
Other Skills
Communicative, structured, proactive, target oriented, convincing, knowledgeable
Industry Know-how
Strategy and / or process & organisational Consulting, Auditing, Retail Banking, Captive Financing
