Our client is a large Russian commercial bank (member of international financial group). In order to empower its risk division and to support extensive business growth efficiently, the Bank is looking for Credit Control Officer.


ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

Under the responsibility of Head of Risk, the Credit Control Officer has the mission to manage all tools in order to reduce credit risk at a zero level and to improve lending process and procedures (corporate, SME and retail).
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participation in control (selective control) over decisions taken by Loan Committees in the process of loans disbursement
- Analysis of the Bank's credit portfolios (corporate clients, SME and Retail), by products, branches, levels of arrears and other special parameters;
- Participation in developing measures on timely and effective reaction to negative tendencies in terms of credit portfolios at the level of Head Office and branches;
- Assessment of the Bank's existing procedures related to the lending process (the entire range), in order to strengthen control at different stages of this process;
- Recommendations to the Risk Management Block for cases of restructuring large problematic loans


ИНТЕРЕСУЮЩИЙ НАС ПРОФИЛЬ

Required qualifications and skills:
- about 5 years in corporate/SME lending, credit risk evaluation
- solid background in lending process for legal entities and individuals (assessment/approval/disbursement/monitoring)
- strong skills in preparation and assessing loan applications (including financial analysis of company accounts) and analysis of credit portfolios
- experience in restructuring problematic loans
- advanced EXCEL user (in terms of processing, comparing and analyzing large data)
- good level of English (adequate for communicating with the English-speaking Head of the Risk Management Block and preparing written management reports)
