ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ
The Account Manager manages and grows business, utilizing deep domain knowledge of their clients' business practices.
Account Manager responsibilities in details. AM:
- Manages, retains and grows revenue, responsible for sales and accountable for service performance.
- Responsible for enterprise relationship between the Company and accounts.
- Develops strong, high level, contact network within accounts.
- Drives execution of the strategy on the account level.
- Identifies new opportunities, lead sales of Enterprise and desktop solutions.
- Works with and utilizes experts/specialists onto the team where required, has oversight of all account activities.
- Is responsible for forecasting, keeping management engaged with accounts in a timely fashion, analyses impact from intelligence on competitor activity, provides feedback to Product teams.
- Together with Teamed Direct Account Manager, owns local account information in relevant CRM systems.
- Responsible for net sales and revenue quota achievement. Responsible for local and/or global account plan.
ИНТЕРЕСУЮЩИЙ НАС ПРОФИЛЬ
Required experience and skills:
Education:
Financial University degree required (preferably - finance), MBA preferred, CFA is a plus
Required skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and execute a sales plan; ability to use MIS systems
- Minimum 3 years selling to the financial customers enterprise-wide solutions with a superior track record as a business development leader
- Strong sector knowlege in one of the following sectors: equities, fixed-income products, IB business, brokerage services, commercial banks operations.
- Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
- Relationship Building Skills Selling Skills (identify, develop, & articulate a complex proposition / consultative selling)
- Experience selling to senior executives across long and medium term sales cycles
- Native Russian and Fluent in English
