Our Client is an International well-known retail company and is now searching a Project Manager responsible for opening new shops


ОПИСАНИЕ ВАКАНСИИ

- Management of store openings (full price store, factory outlet, shop in shop) in Mosocw, Moscow region and other regions of Russian Federation, including coordination of internal departments.
- Following and implementing shop standards, including country specific adaptation if required.
- Evaluate potential store locations from a technical perspective.
- Coordinate and negotiate local project execution restrictions with the landlord or mall management to ensure that company'srequirements are fulfilled.
- Coordinate local architects and general contractors to establish permit and execution drawings based on the design intent drawings provided by the regional architects. This includes structural and MEP drawings. Review, understand and mark-up those documents prior to request for approval.
- Establish and maintain a complete & integrated project schedule
- Schedule and coordinate all deliveries related to project execution and store opening.
- Identify and source items required for store openings. This includes fixtures, one off items, technical installation (e.g. IT, music systems, video & security systems) and services required to support the opening from pre-defined or local vendors. Partner with Regional Project Management and Operations to identify specific requirements for countries.
- Establish, control and document the entire project budget using the regional company's documentation platform.
- Identify and evaluate local sourcing options to enable service and cost improvements. Carry out local sourcing and tender procedures according regional guidelines
- Provide operational & technical support to the subsidiary and its stores. This includes sourcing of replacement fixtures, resolving maintenance issues for all existing stores and negotiating costs of local partners.
- Partner with EEMEA and international Project Managers to leverage resources, validate operational priorities and ensure there is no duplication of effort on initiatives. This will include sharing knowledge and skills for specific projects.

- Construction project management; provide multiple levels of reporting and managing budgets.
- Process management; document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Technical expertise; ability to read, correct and generate all required project execution documents.
- PC literate; Microsoft Office, project management and Auto-Cad software professional.
- Communication; command of English to a business standard level, contracting and negotiating with business partners and external vendors.
- Technical; ability to read, modify or establish
- Minimum of 5 years in managing construction projects across the country. Professional background such as civil engineer, general contractor or architect. Working experience within an architecture, construction or retail environment.
- Pro-active attitude, drive for result personality, team player
- Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
- High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
